Access to your accounts at nearly 5,000 Co-Op Shared Branch locations. Walk into a participating Co-Op Shared Branch location and let the teller know you would like to conduct a “Shared Branch” transaction. The teller will ask for which credit union you would like to conduct a transaction. Respond with PA HealthCare Credit Union, as they scroll through the list of participating credit unions.

The teller will ask for your member account number. This is same nine-digit member account used for your Savings and is located on your monthly and/or quarterly statement. (This is also the same member account number used for logging into Home Banking.)

The teller will ask to see a valid photo government issued identification, such as a driver’s license or passport. For security purposes, the teller will also confirm the last four digits of your social security number.

Once they have accessed your account, you may conduct deposits and/or withdrawals from your account here at PA HealthCare Credit Union.

Deposits made at Co-Op Shared Branch locations will have a three business day hold placed, with the exception of cash deposits, state and federal government issued checks, and clearly identified payroll checks.

Restrictions of cash withdrawals may be imposed by the Co-Op Shared Branch location at their discretion. Also, over the counter services may be limited for money orders, gift cards and the like, and would be subject to fees, if imposed by the Co-Op Shared Branch.
